XPeng Motors issues the second phase of the project under the ABS shelf of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

10 月 8 日，小鹏汽车宣布成功发行 “小鹏融资租赁 2024 年第 2 期绿色资产支持专项计划”，即深交所 ABS 储架项下第二期项目成功发行，项目总规模达 5.95 亿元，募集资金用于为购买小鹏汽车的用户提供融资租赁解决方案。据悉，此次原始权益人为小鹏汽车旗下广州小鹏汽车融资租赁有限公司，发行获得投资人积极认购，其中优先级 A1 票面利率低至 2.14%，为 2024 年深交所汽车融资租赁 ABS 票面利率可比最低。
