"Huang Jiaozhu" continues to sell NVIDIA shares, cashing out $27.6 million at the end of August and early September
According to the documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang sold company stocks worth $27.6 million in a series of transactions on August 30 and September 3. These transactions are related to a 10b5-1 trading plan passed in March 2024. The selling prices of the stocks ranged from $107.30 to $120.99. As per the documents from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Huang sold stocks worth approximately $61 million in July and another $169 million worth of stocks in the last week of June. Huang still holds over 760 million shares of the company
