Goldman Sachs released a report stating that in August, mainland China issued 8 domestic online game licenses, bringing the total number of approved games to 941 so far this year. In the latest batch of game licenses, Tencent and NetEase each obtained two game licenses, while Bilibili also obtained one game license. The bank maintains a "buy" rating on Tencent and NetEase. The report mentioned that Tencent's "Under the Strange" is a 3D adventure action game adapted from a well-known Chinese comic IP, developed by MoreFun Studio selected by Tencent. Tencent has obtained approval for both the mobile and PC versions of this game. In addition, "Matrix: Zero Day Crisis" is a shooting PC game with limited disclosed information currently, developed by Aito Technology, and is likely to be distributed by Tencent.
