U.S. Stock Market Update | Aviation and cruise stocks rise, Norwegian Cruise up more than 5%
Airline and cruise stocks are generally up, with Norwegian Cruise Line rising by over 5%. As of the time of writing, Carnival Corporation has risen by over 4.6%, Southwest Airlines by over 3.8%. United Airlines has risen by over 3%, while Spirit Airlines and American Airlines are up by nearly 3%. Delta Air Lines and Royal Caribbean Cruises have risen by over 2.5%, JetBlue Airways by over 1.5%
According to Zhitong Finance, on Friday, airline and cruise stocks rose across the board. As of the time of publication, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH.US) surged over 5%, Carnival Corporation (CCL.US) rose over 4.6%, Southwest Airlines (LUV.US) rose over 3.8%, United Airlines (UAL.US) rose over 3%, Spirit Airlines (SAVE.US) and American Airlines (AAL.US) rose nearly 3%, Delta Air Lines (DAL.US) and Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCL.US) rose over 2.5%, and JetBlue Airways (JBLU.US) rose over 1.5%
