Recently, the official schedule for the 2024 London Fashion Week was announced. Wall Street News learned from the show schedule that the name "JD.com" appeared in the official schedule.
According to the schedule, "JD.com" will make a joint appearance with brands such as HAZZYS, Ellassay, Marisfrolg, and Pure Tea at 9:00 am London time on September 15th. Although JD.com has not made an official announcement, Wall Street News has learned that "JD.com" refers to the well-known domestic e-commerce platform JD.com, and this will be JD.com's sixth participation in international fashion weeks.
As of the time of publication, JD.com has not yet responded to this matter.
It is understood that JD.com's participation in international fashion weeks is not new. From 2019 to 2022, it has also served as the exclusive retail partner for London Fashion Week in China, providing online channels for international emerging designers to reach Chinese consumers.
According to insiders at JD.com, in the second half of this year, JD.com will focus on the clothing category and invest heavily in this area.
