Vanke responds to the Yantai Bairun Real Estate incident, stating that the malicious comments posted online are seriously untrue. On April 1st, Yantai Bairun Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yantai Bairun), which has previously posted reports on Vanke on the internet, once again published an article titled "Reflections on Yu Liang's Manipulation of Vanke for Personal Gain" on the WeChat public account of "Yantai Wanlin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd."
Yantai Bairun alleges that Vanke is suspected of illegally setting up financial institutions to issue high-interest loans, deceiving shareholders, and misappropriating project construction funds.
In response, Vanke told a reporter from "Daily Economic News" that Yantai Bairun's malicious comments about the company and its executives online are seriously untrue. The dispute between Yantai Vanke and its local partners has entered the judicial process, and we believe that the law will provide a fair judgment. The unfounded accusations and commercial defamation have constituted defamation against individuals and illegal infringement of the company's reputation and business credibility.
