Hong Kong Stock Market Update: AINNOVATION surged over 11% in early trading. Shareholders have committed not to reduce their holdings after the lock-up period expires. Institutions stated that the company's large-scale model has already achieved results.
AINNOVATION's stock price surged more than 11% in early trading, with shareholders committing not to reduce their holdings after the lock-up period expires. The company's large-scale project has shown initial success, planning to launch even larger-scale industrial models and deepen its development. It is expected that in the next 3 to 5 years, large-scale models may become the foundation of enterprise intelligent systems, creating technological barriers and industry moats.
Zhitong App learned that AINNOVATION (02121) surged over 11% in the morning session, with a 9.36% increase at the time of publication, reaching HKD 7.13 with a trading volume of HKD 134.21 million.
On the news front, AINNOVATION announced last month that as several shareholders' lock-up period for H shares is about to expire, the company recently received commitments from 13 shareholders not to reduce their holdings through secondary market bidding, involving a total of 265 million H shares, accounting for 47.01% of the company's share capital.
Haitong International recently released a research report stating that the company's project system includes a combination of software and hardware projects and pure software projects. The software and hardware combination projects mainly include visual intelligent solutions, such as molten iron transportation, quality inspection, intelligent robotic arm factories, and more, while the pure software projects focus on MOM-centered industrial intelligent execution systems.
The report also pointed out that the company has achieved initial results in the practical implementation of the 15B parameter large model, which is currently more focused on a certain type of application level. The company plans to introduce larger parameter industrial vertical large models and further develop in-depth. It is expected that in the next 3 to 5 years, during the process of enterprise intelligent system reconstruction, large models may become the technical infrastructure and the underlying architecture platform, fully integrated into various aspects of enterprise daily operations, production, and manufacturing, thereby forming effective technological barriers and industry moats.
