JD.com Boosts Salaries for Customer Service Team by Over 30%

On February 5th, JD.com announced through its official WeChat account that starting from February 1st, 2024, the average annual salary for over 20,000 frontline customer service employees at JD.com will increase by over 30%.

According to its financial report, JD.com achieved revenue of RMB 778.585 billion in the first three quarters of 2023, representing a year-on-year growth of only 3.7%. In comparison, Pinduoduo achieved a growth rate of 94% during the same period, far exceeding JD.com's growth rate.
