Tesla's response to "drug use": No issues in three years of testing, The Wall Street Journal is not worthy of being used as toilet paper.
According to a report in The Wall Street Journal on Saturday, Tesla is suspected of abusing drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy, and hallucinogens, which has raised concerns among executives at SpaceX and Tesla.
Recently, the US Wall Street Journal revealed that the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, "frequently uses drugs", which has raised concerns about the operation of his companies. In response, Tesla quickly fought back.
On Sunday, Tesla posted on the X platform, stating that after taking a puff of marijuana with comedian Joe Rogan, he agreed to undergo random drug testing for a period of 3 years at the request of NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). No trace of drugs or alcohol was found.
Tesla also stated that the Wall Street Journal is not even worthy of being used as toilet paper, and attached a poop emoji.
In its report on Saturday, the Wall Street Journal alleged that Tesla was involved in the abuse of drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy, and hallucinogens, which has caused concern among executives at SpaceX and Tesla.
The report stated that the first major incident of Tesla's drug-induced hallucination occurred at the end of 2017 during a SpaceX event. At that time, Tesla arrived late for an all-staff meeting, slurred his speech, rambled for 15 minutes in front of hundreds of employees and executives, and called the company, referring to the company's Big Falcon Rocket (BFR) as "Big F—ing Rocket".
The report also pointed out that illegal drug use is likely to violate federal policies, which could raise questions about SpaceX's billions of dollars in government contracts and tens of thousands of jobs.
In response, Wedbush analyst Dan Ives stated that based on past experience, investors should be prepared for fluctuations in Tesla's stock price in the coming days, and Tesla's stock may be a few percentage points lower than the major indices.
"Investors don't want to see this negative news, but they are already immune to Tesla's negative news."
