I. Offline Damaged, Online Holding Up Half the Sky

Throughout 2022, due to the repeated spread of the pandemic and the subsequent control measures, tax-free sales relying on specific sales locations were severely impacted. Among them, the Hainan market which the company relied on the most saw a nearly 26% decrease in the total number of tourists in 2022.
