【北京市金融监管局局长李文红：正在申请创建中关村科创金融改革试验区】北京市地方金融监督管理局党组书记、局长李文红今日在 “全球财富管理论坛 2023 年会” 上表示，将着力提升金融服务实体经济质效，为推动国际科技创新中心建设，正在申请创建中关村科创金融改革试验区，希望各金融机构积极参与，共同促进创新型中小企业、专精特新企业和隐形冠军企业成长壮大。我们将加强绿色金融改革创新，已经发布实施了绿色金融改革开放发展行动方案，正在推动建设面向全球的国家级绿色交易所，在自愿减排交易、碳账户、绿色金融标准等方面率先探索，希望金融机构学习借鉴国际 ESG 投资理念，积极发展绿色金融和可持续金融业务。
